In our commitment to excellence and client satisfaction, we have set a standard process to undertake the redrafting of your scheme. We understand that this is a significant endeavour, and we’d like to assure you of the utmost care and precision that we will apply during this process.
- Initiation of Process: Upon receiving your purchase order number and a copy of your scheme, we will schedule a comprehensive meeting with your team. During this meeting, we aim to understand your scheme in depth and identify components of critical importance or significance. This meeting is vital for us to align with your expectations and understand your priorities.
- Scheme Analysis: Subsequent to the meeting, our team will thoroughly review the scheme. We may reach out to you with any queries or need for clarifications, ensuring we have a full understanding of your scheme.
- Redrafting Process: We will initially focus on redrafting the less complex sections of your scheme. Once complete, these sections will be sent to your team for review. Simultaneously, our team will delve into the more technical areas for redrafting.
- Iterative Reviews: As sections are redrafted, they will be sent to you for review. We will promptly make any amendments you suggest on the previously redrafted sections. This iterative process of redrafting and review will continue until the entire document has been redrafted and approved by your team.
- Final Delivery: Once the entire document is agreed upon and signed off, we will supply you with the document in a Word format (or any other format of your preference), ready for you to style and publish.
The usual timeline for this process is approximately eight weeks. However, this may vary depending on the number and extent of amendments required, and the time your team needs to review the drafts.
Our redrafted document is expected to be significantly smaller than your current scheme, potentially as concise as 48 pages, while preserving all necessary details and features.
Throughout this process, we will consistently highlight any aspects of the scheme that could potentially become legal or administrative issues. This approach will provide you with an opportunity to amend these sections in the document when next review your scheme.
Rest assured, our objective is to provide you with a comprehensive, efficient, and meticulously redrafted scheme that aligns with your requirements and expectations. We are dedicated to maintaining open and transparent communication throughout this process to ensure your utmost satisfaction.
