About Steve
Steve has seventeen years’ experience supporting local authorities and other regulated organisations. He has led complex software projects across multidisciplinary teams, working with customers, product owners, senior stakeholders and technology partners.
At Visionary Network, Steve supports councils through Local Government Reorganisation, with a particular focus on programme management, customer liaison and the harmonisation of software, data and working practices.
His experience across software development, service delivery and operational change helps him identify risk, coordinate competing priorities and keep complex projects moving towards successful implementation.
