About Kevin
Kevin is a former senior local government manager with more than forty years’ experience in Revenues, Benefits and counter-fraud. He is a former national President of the IRRV and a past IRRV Council Member, having played an influential role in the Institute’s development.
He held senior roles across several local authorities and worked for the Audit Commission, contributing to its Protecting the Public Purse reports. Kevin continues to advise government departments and support sector training and policy development.
At Visionary Network, Kevin contributes to outreach and wider policy agendas that join up services, improve customer journeys and strengthen productivity across local government.
