About Andrew
Andrew brings more than two decades of specialist experience in UK local government Revenues and Benefits software, supporting services across more than seventy councils.
He began at IBS in 2003 as a Support Analyst on OPENRevenues and later became Product Team Lead for OPENWorkflow. At Civica, he progressed through senior support and leadership roles before serving as Product Lead for its Revenues and Benefits Cloud solution from 2020 to 2025.
At Visionary Network, Andrew supports councils moving from Civica’s on-premises solution to the cloud platform. He also helps services improve their use of OPENWorkflow, readiness, process design, testing and change support.
