About Bob
Bob has more than thirty years’ experience in local government Revenues and Benefits. Since 2020, he has served as Revenues and Benefits Operations Manager at Public Sector Partnership Services Ltd, overseeing services for Boston, South Holland and East Lindsey District Councils.
He began his career in Housing Benefit at the Borough Council of King’s Lynn and West Norfolk and has since held senior roles including Chief Revenue Officer, Council Tax Manager and Fraud Manager.
Bob’s background across benefits consultancy, fraud investigation and revenues management gives him a detailed understanding of frontline operations, service performance and strategic leadership in local taxation and welfare.
